Making a difference in a guest’s day

Zen Jenne, a cook for Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, was recently given a kind note from a cafeteria guest. The notes reads:
Rarely have I eaten such tasty and comforting food, especially at a hospital, other than my om’s my grandmother’s or my own home. I love to cook and nourish hearts, bodies and souls. Today, I needed someone to do it for me without even knowing it. You di. It matters. Thank you so much for using your gifts to enrich lives.”
Each one of us have the ability to make an impact on the lives of our patients and visitors on a daily basis. We hope this note inspires you to do your best at that every day.
