Registered nurses invited to participate in survey
Published May 11, 2015
Registered nurses at Providence Regional Medical Center can participate in a confidential online survey until Sunday, May 24. The National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) survey focuses on the frontline nurse’s view of the professional practice environment.
Survey results will help us understand how to best support and enhance the environment for professional nursing practice. Assessing, tracking and monitoring satisfaction is critical to ensuring we have a strong work environment.
Participation is completely voluntary and does not affect one’s role or position. The survey can be completed in 15-20 minutes, and it must be completed in one sitting.
As a reminder, eligible nurses include full-time, part-time and per diem registered nurses who work at least 50 percent of the time in direct patient care and have been on the unit for at least three months. Those eligible should have received an invitation from their manager with a participation code and survey link.
Nurses in leadership positions, including Nursing Supervisors, Managers, Educators and CNS’s, are not eligible to participate.
If you have any questions, please speak with your direct supervisor. For more information, please contact Sharon Steele 425-261-4340.
