Protect Yourself, Your Family and Our Patients from the Flu
Published November 3, 2014
With all the national concern that the Ebola virus may cause deaths in the United States, it could be easy to forget that flu season is here and thousands of Americans will die from influenza this year.
That’s why we urge all caregivers at Providence and its affiliates to be vaccinated against the flu. By doing this, you can not only protect yourself, but also your loved ones and our patientsIf you missed the local vaccination clinic, you can still get the vaccine. Please call your local employee health office to get information about ancillary and offsite clinics. And all caregivers on the Providence Health Plan may go to any local retail pharmacy to receive their vaccinations free of charge.
Thank you for helping us create healthier communities, together.
