Pink the Rink Raises Over $86,000 for Breast Cancer
Published November 3, 2014
Drum roll, please…
Because of the generosity of the Everett Silvertips, Safeway Stores and everyone who donated or purchased tickets for the Pink the Rink game, we were able to raise more than $86,000 to support the Providence Comprehensive Breast Center. That brings the total amount of money raised over the last six years to over $400,000! Thank you to the 7,600 fans who came to cheer on the Silvertips as they defeated the Seattle Thunderbirds 2-1 in overtime.
Remember to share your photos with us through social media by sharing them on the Providence General Foundation Facebook page and using #pinktherink.
