Mindful Moment: Holiday eating tip

The holiday season is full of family, friends and food. Sometimes it's hard to eat well during a time when schedules change and food options are plenty. Harvard Chan School of Public Health encourages us to prioritize plants fr healthy holiday eating. We should focus on making colorful, fresh, veggie side dishes to fill our plates and treat other holiday food items as a garnish.
