The following classes, designed to improve your leadership skills, have been scheduled over the next several months.
Here are the details:
Personalysis for Leaders- September 29 in Renton: An advanced Personalysis workshop designed to focus on the implications of Personalysis for individual leaders and for their leadership of individuals and teams, will be offered in Renton on Monday, Sept. 29.
Personalysis for Leaders builds on the material in the Personalysis Orientation Workshop and delves into specific personality issues for managers, such as emotional intelligence and self-awareness, leadership communication and team formation. Even if a leader’s team members have not completed Personalysis, this workshop will provide strategies for leaders to identify and tailor their leadership approach for different employees.
Crucial Conversations for Leaders- beginning September 30 in Everett: This is a three-day series of classes developed to help everyone in an organization learn how to identify when a conversation turns crucial and develop the skills to manage those conversations more effectively.
Crucial Accountability for Leaders- 3-day class November 19 through 2t in Everett or December 3 in Renton: This is a three-day course that gives participants a straightforward, step-by-step process for identifying and resolving performance gaps. It is meant for individuals who have not completed the Crucial Conversations class, or for individuals who completed Crucial Conversations more than 12 months ago. Crucial Accountability is a new course that takes the place of Crucial Confrontations.
Crucial Accountability for Leaders (with prerequisites)- 1 day- September 29 in Renton: If you’ve completed Crucial Conversations within the last 14 months (from date completed to date taking Crucial Accountability one day), you are eligible to attend a condensed (one day) Crucial Accountability companion session instead of the full 3 day session.
