Interventional Heart Procedures

Our heart surgeons provide diagnostic catheterization, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, directional coronary atherectomy and intracoronary stenting, among others.

Peripheral Vascular Interventions

Our surgeons, including endovascular specialists, routinely perform peripheral angioplasty and stenting to treat peripheral vascular disease (PVD).

Non-Invasive Procedures and Tests

Cardiologists provide diagnostic tests including ejection fraction exams, EKGs, lung x-rays, transthoracic and transeophogeal echocardiography, stress tests and nuclear cardiac studies, among others.

Electrophysiology Tests and Treatments

Cardiac electrophysiologists and cardiac surgeons work together to treat abnormal heart rhythms. When intervention is necessary, they perform cardiac ablations and implantation of permanent pacemakers and AICD devices (automatic implantable cardiac defibrillator), among other procedures.
