Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care and a comprehensive range of services, including emotional and spiritual support, in a compassionate and responsive manner.

The home care and hospice teams work together with physicians, patients, family members and insurance providers to meet each patient's unique needs. Access to our professional services is available 24 hours a day, every day. Whether you or a loved one needs short term rehabilitation on the journey to wellness, or palliative and hospice care to increase comfort near the end of life, we are here for you. In addition, we promise to respond to all hospice inquiries within one hour.

Serving Mason, Lewis and Thurston counties, Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice is a local, non-profit, state licensed and Medicare certified agency.
