We offer comfort through prayer, sacrament, pastoral counseling or a listening ear. We also assist patients in contacting their minister or family members.

The hospital chapel is located on the first floor and is open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Mass is celebrated on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m.

Chaplains gather Monday through Friday at 8 a.m. to pray for the needs of our healing community.

We are happy to include your prayer requests.

At Providence Holy Family Hospital, we take patient concerns seriously. If you have a concern about your care, you may:

Holy Family has a flexible schedule for visitors from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. However, times vary from floor to floor. Talk with a nurse on the floor you plan to visit about the best time to visit.

Children may visit with an adult, except for intensive care units. The Family Maternity Center has no set visiting hours.

If you are not visiting in a patient's room, please do not wait in the hallway. This insures confidentiality for our other patients and quick access to any patient, if needed. Please note that a patient may be transferred to another room due to improved condition or changing needs, so please check at the nurses' station for the room number.

Providence provides free wireless Internet access for patients and visitors. Please note: our network restricts access to certain websites due to explicit content or network security risks.

To access the Holy Family Hospital wireless network, follow these steps:

  • Locate the wireless icon in the bottom right of your computer screen.
  • Double click the wireless icon. A pop-up window will appear and display the various wireless networks at Holy Family. As a guest, patient or visitor, you can use the network “HFH-Guest.” This is an open network, so no password is required.
  • Select “HFH-Guest” and then click “Connect.” You should be connected to the Internet.

Please note

The hospital’s laptop computers (found in most patient rooms) are for staff use only, and do not connect to the Internet.
