Visiting Hours

  • 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

No visitors under 18 years of age, without special exception.

If you are not visiting in a patient's room, please do not wait in the hallway. This ensures confidentiality for our other patients and quick access to any patient, if needed. Please note that a patient may be transferred to another room due to improved condition or changing needs, so please check at the nurses' station for the room number.

Providence Holy Family offer room service for your meals. Menus and instructions on how to order are in your room.

Dial 509-482-6368 from your room phone any time between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. and your meal will be freshly prepared and delivered within 45 minutes. The phone operator will answer any questions you may have about your diet or, if you wish, you may schedule a visit from one of our registered dietitians.

Guest trays are available for a small fee, and vouchers can be purchased in the Take Five Café.

Café Fresca

Located on the north side of the hospital between Inland Imaging and the Emergency department, Café Fresca offers a wide variety of cereal, fruit, sandwiches, soup, salad, desserts, beverages and coffee/espresso service.

  • Mon - Fri: 6 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Sat: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Take 5 Cafeteria

Our full-service cafeteria is located on the west side of the main hospital building on the basement level. Open Monday - Friday; closed weekends.

  • Breakfast: Mon - Fri, 7 - 9 a.m.
  • Lunch: Mon - Fri, 9:15 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The chaplains in Pastoral Care are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help patients and families cope with the experience of being in the hospital, dealing with illness and issues that affect emotional and spiritual well-being.

We offer comfort through prayer, sacrament, pastoral counseling or a listening ear. We also assist patients in contacting their minister or family members.

The hospital chapel is located on the first floor and is open 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Mass is celebrated on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m.
The Emergency Department waiting area is located just inside the Emergency Department entrance, on the northeast side of the campus.

A visitor waiting area is located just inside the south side of the campus, just off Rowan and Lidgerwood.

Spacious, comfortable waiting areas are located just inside the northeast campus admitting entrance.
