Our Services

  • Adult and Teen Congenital Heart Program

Decades of advancements in congenital cardiac care has resulted in more adults than children living with congenital heart disease. That's why Providence has recently formalized a program dedicated to caring for adults and teens - the Providence Adult and Teen Congenital Heart Program (PATCH).
  • Anticoagulation and Pharmacotherapy

Providence provides convenient care for patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy. We work closely with your family doctor to monitor your therapy.
  • Cancer Services

For our patients, what matters most is being able to stay close to home without compromising on comprehensive cancer care. We offer advanced treatments, a team of cancer experts and a broad range of support services – all in proximity to family, friends and the support of your community.
  • Cancer Research

Through clinical trials, doctors determine whether new treatments are safe and effective and work better than current treatments. Clinical trials also help us find new ways to prevent and detect cancer. And they help us improve the quality of life for people during and after treatment.
  • Cardiology

The board certified cardiologists at Providence will evaluate your condition, recommend a treatment plan tailored to you and help you learn how to best manage your heart health.
  • Clinical Research

Clinical trials are research studies designed to answer specific questions about the effectiveness and safety of new products or new ways to prevent or treat diseases. They are founded on a close collaboration between the medical/research staff and the volunteers, both patients and healthy members of the community, who make up the core of a research trial.
  • Diagnostic Imaging

Providence medical imaging services ensure the highest standard of patient care and excellence in performance, interpretation and delivery of cost-effective imaging services.
  • Emergency Services

Emergency departments see patients based on severity of their illness, medical symptoms or injuries, not on a first-come, first-served basis. It is necessary to be clear and specific when describing your illness. This helps to provide the best possible medical care as quickly as possible.
  • Head Trauma and Injury Treatment

Neurosurgeons are prepared address a vast array of injuries and head trauma cases, including open-skull injuries, intracranial hemorrhage, subdural hematomas, concussions and spine fractures.

  • Orthopedics

Our orthopedic doctors work as a team with physical therapists to keep people healthy and active. To help minimize the risk of injury, we provide information on fall prevention, flexibility, conditioning and prevention.
  • Pain Management

Specialists in osteopathic medicine, interventional pain medicine, physical medicine, orthopedic medicine, behavioral medicine and pharmacology work closely with patients and their primary physicians to evaluate specific problems on an individual basis.
  • Palliative Care

Palliative or supportive care is medical care focused on relief of the pain, symptoms and stress of serious illnesses like cancer, dementia, heart disease, lung disease and multiple sclerosis. Unlike hospice, palliative care is appropriate for patients in all disease stages, including those undergoing treatment for curable illnesses and people living with chronic diseases, as well as patients who are nearing the end of life and need comfort care.
  • PET Scan

A positron emission tomography (PET) scan is a type of nuclear medicine imaging test. It is used to examine various body tissues to identify certain conditions by looking at blood flow, metabolism, and oxygen use. PET scans may also be used to see how well the treatment of certain diseases is working.
  • Rehabilitation

Sometimes, after a serious illness, surgery or illness, you need rehabilitation to help you recover. Our team includes licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and exercise physiologists.

  • Speech Therapy

Speech or language pathologists focus on evaluating, diagnosing and treating people with oral communication disorders. Speech therapists are instrumental in preventing problems related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice and fluency. This includes both receptive (understanding speech) and expressive (speaking) communication problems. Speech therapists also treat people with swallowing disorders due to stroke, brain injury or nervous system impairments.
