Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism

Endocrinology is a field of medicine concentrating on hormones that the body produces and the disorders of these hormones.

More than 29 million children and adults in the United States have Diabetes, and another 86 million adult Americans have Prediabetes. It is the leading cause of kidney failure, non-traumatic leg amputations and new cases of blindness and also a major cause of heart disease and stroke.

Besides Diabetes, we also specialize in the treatment of thyroid disorders ranging from an underactive thyroid, overactive thyroid, thyroid nodules and thyroid cancers.
