People whose lives have been touched by Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice often wish to help continue this work through financial and other contributions.
Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice provides compassionate, highly skilled home health and hospice care to thousands of patients and their families in Lewis, Mason, Thurston and Pierce counties. Through our numerous Home Health programs such as Rehabilitation Services and Infusion Services, we help people meet their care needs while retaining the maximum amount of independence possible. Our Maternal Support Services program helps young mothers gain the support and skills they need to provide loving, health enhancing care for their children.
Our hospice program focuses on helping those nearing the end of their lives. We offer a special, holistic kind of care, which addresses the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of both patients and their families. With our support and guidance, patients are able to maintain the highest quality of life while spending precious time with those they love. In addition, family members are able to access continuing support through bereavement programs such as SoundCareKids and adult support groups.
Gifts from the community make a tangible difference in the lives of our staff, clients and families. Patient care services, health education and vital equipment purchases have all been made possible through charitable contributions to the Providence St. Peter Foundation.
