The Chehalis Rural Training Program is located in the Chehalis Family Medicine Clinic.
At Chehalis Family Medicine, a highly functioning Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), you will have the opportunity to work with a tight knit group of staff including medical assistants, a triage nurse, a nurse care navigator, a clinical pharmacist, a licensed independent clinical social worker, a physical therapist and patient service representatives to help care for an underserved rural population.
Our clinic is a Patient Centered Medical Home and was recognized on January 26, 2015 with a NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) Level 3 Recognition.
We are an approved site for both NHSC (National Healthcare Service Corps) and WSAC (Washington Student Achievement Council) student loan repayment programs.
