Educational Outcomes

Upon completion of this residency, the resident will be able to:

  1. Provide patient-centered, evidence based care for complex patients with chronic conditions
  2. Develop and implement sustainable pharmacy services within an interdisciplinary team
  3. Effectively educate and empower learners throughout the health care system
  4. Demonstrate excellence in leadership and practice management skills

Elective Experiences

Residents have the opportunity for 10 weeks of elective time. Each elective may be developed as a block or longitudinal experience. Residents are encouraged to create an experience unique to their personal goals. New electives may be created at the resident’s request if appropriate documentation and deadlines are met.
