Healthy Lung Day Mini Health Fair

Everett – The public is invited to learn more about respiratory care and how lungs function at the Healthy Lung Day Mini Health Fair on Friday, November 22, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Providence Regional Medical Center, 1700 -13th Street, Everett.

The Healthy Lung Day Mini Health Fair will include free screenings and interactive displays. Learn from the expert as Kimberly Costas, MD, a thoracic surgeon will give a short presentation on Lung Health. The Mini Health Fair includes:

  • Pulmonary function tests -- measures how well the lungs take in and release air
  • Take a COPD questionnaire – learn if you might be at risk for COPD
  • See real lungs, healthy and diseased
  • Super Dimension Bronchoscopy video
  • Information on CT lung cancer screening
  • Stop Smoking Tool Shop information– sign up for this effective four-week program to quit smoking
  • Pulmonary rehab information – Learn exercises to help build endurance and how to better self-manage your pulmonary health
