Local Resident’s Input Requested for Community Health Needs Assessment

Providence Mount Carmel Hospital, Providence St. Joseph’s Hospital, NE Washington Health District, Empire Health Foundation, and Eastern Washington University are jointly coordinating a Community Health Needs Assessment. Every three years, Providence conducts an assessment to determine priority health issues and a focus for their community support. The Health District also uses this information to guide program and policy decisions to improve the community’s health. We will be reviewing how the health data trends have changed since 2013 and would like for you to join us.
We invite you to participate in this process because you can provide valuable insights into the health needs of the Tri-County community, especially among the most poor and vulnerable.
Four meetings will take place:
- April 13 – Northport
12-2 p.m. | CE Building, 214 5th Ave.
- April 19 – Colville
12-2 p.m. | Colville Community Center, 231 E. Elep
- April 27 – Hunters
12-2 p.m. | Columbia School District, District 206, 4961 B Hunters Shop Rd.
- April 28 – Ione
12-2 p.m. | Ione Community Center, 210 E. Blackwell
