Resident Council

The Resident Council at Marianwood improves the quality of life for all residents and patients by discussing the issues and giving the managers and staff of Marianwood valuable feedback and suggestions related to care, food service, activities and other areas of concern to residents. The Resident Council meets monthly to discuss topics of interest, engage in dialogue with each other and staff members with the goal of contributing to continual improvement of services and maintaining open communication.  All residents are welcome to attend and participate.

The Resident Council sponsors a monthly caramel corn sale and donates the proceeds to service projects and to support local charities. The Resident Council also sponsors events such as the annual food drive for the local food bank.
