The Mount is a special place. It’s a vibrant community of individuals celebrating life and their individual abilities. From the youngest members of our community who are growing and learning every day, to adults in need of short-term rehabilitation care, to the older members of our community who need a place to call home, our compassionate team is here to care for you and/or your loved one.

Our facilities support independent lifestyles with many outstanding amenities and a full array of daily activities. Our residents can access the services they need,‒ meals, laundry, housekeeping, and personal assistance -- and still enjoy the privacy of their own apartments with their own furnishings.
The Intergenerational Learning Center (ILC) is an award-winning child care program located within Providence Mount St. Vincent in West Seattle. Five days a week, the children and residents come together in a variety of planned activities such as music, dancing, art, lunch, storytelling or just visiting. These activities result in mutual benefits for both generations. All children are welcome.
We provide rehabilitation care services through our highly skilled team of physical, occupational and speech therapists. Our rehabilitation programs will help you transition from hospital to home after an injury, accident, surgery or illness.
We provide comprehensive professional skilled nursing care including physical, emotional, and spiritual care for the whole person. We take pride in giving compassionate care and services with dignity and respect for the individual.
We provide short-term skilled nursing services and rehabilitation therapies for patients as they transition from hospital to home with a special emphasis on rehabilitation for those recovering from surgery, illness, disease or injury. Medicare approved.
To enhance overall health, The Mount's Wellness Clinic offers therapies taken from both conventional and complementary treatments. Acupuncture is available to both residents and the community. Services available to residents only include Podiatry, Vision, Dental and Medical care.
