Psychiatric Inpatient Treatment
Providence offers acute inpatient treatment for individuals with a primary psychiatric diagnosis. Treatment is short-term and directed towards evaluation, stabilization of symptoms and referral to outpatient services as needed.
Our trusted professionals provide primary care providers with guidance on medications, diagnosis or recommendations for ongoing care.
Psychiatric Outpatient Services
Our board-certified team provides psychiatry services for patients of all ages who require intensive evaluation and treatment for acute mental illness in a safe environment. We provide individualized treatment plans and offer a multi-disciplinary approach in which we consult with doctors of other sub-specialties.
Providence uses Behavioral Education Skills Training (BEST), a hospital-based day treatment program that provides intensive therapeutic treatment for boys and girls attending grade school, kindergarten through sixth grade; and The Psychiatric Center for Children and Adolescents (PCCA), offering inpatient treatment and evaluation for patients 12 to 18 years of age.
RISE is a behavioral health intensive outpatient program for adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of mental health concerns who are at risk for inpatient hospitalization or are being discharged from inpatient care, as well as those seeking more intensive services than are provided in the traditional outpatient setting.
At Providence, we understand chemical dependency affects not only the individual, but also family and friends. And, rehabilitation is a process – for everyone involved.
