Boldt Diabetes Center Education Program

Diabetes Classes and Education

Lower your A1C (average blood glucose levels)

Our patients who attend classes lower their A1C an average of 1.46% more than our patients who don’t come to our classes.

Living with diabetes is a lifelong journey of education and growth. That is why attending classes can help you manage your health in the long run. After your first appointment, you are welcome to return for more individual education or to attend our group classes. We offer daytime and evening classes every month. The classes are taught by a registered nurse, registered dietician and an exercise physiologist. We are here for you!
