In investigating home IV therapy, it is important to understand that you, and/or your care partner, will need to be able and willing to perform the steps needed to administer your IV therapy at home. The PIPS RN will teach you and/or a care partner to administer your therapy as ordered by your physician. After teaching, our PIPS RN will then see you weekly, either in your home or at one of our Ambulatory Infusion Centers, for IV line dressing changes and lab draws. For your support with urgent matters after business hours we have a nurse and pharmacist on call 24/7.

In addition to being a Non-profit Provider, PIPS is fully accredited by The Joint Commission, a State Licensed Pharmacy and a State Licensed Home Health Agency.
We are contracted with most major insurance providers. Please call our intake teams to confirm we accept your insurance. Our insurance specialist will get back to you promptly and let you know whether PIPS care is covered under your policy. If we are not we will let you know who is.
