The neuro-oncology program at Providence treats patients with cancers of the central nervous system, including brain and spine tumors:

  • Astrocytomas
  • Gliomas
  • Meningiomas
  • Metastatic brain tumors
  • Pituitary tumors
  • Pseudotumor cerebri
  • Skull-base tumors
  • Spinal tumors

Physicians from a variety of specialties work together to create customized treatment plans for each patient that may include the latest chemotherapy, radiation technology or surgical procedure.

Clinical trials may also be an option for certain patients, and physicians at Providence have access to national research studies.
