Bloomsday Training Clinics
Saturdays, March 17 - April 28, 2018 | Spokane Community College
Start or continue your training with friends and family at our free clinics! Learn how to avoid injury, treat sprains and strains, what to eat and how to stay hydrated from health professionals with athletic backgrounds. Each week begins with a 30-minute warm up and lecture, then we start the weekly route with a walk, jog or run to finish at your own pace.
