This Continuing Professional Development course for health care professionals presents an organized approach to post-resuscitation/pre-transport care of the high risk newborn in the birth setting. Content includes thermoregulation, glucose management, blood pressure stabilization, sepsis identification and treatment.
Sheri Hajjar, BSN, RNC
Sheri has more than 40 years experience in NICU nursing, including chief transport nurse and educator. As a clinical nurse specialist, she designed a neonatal
transport system for a large NICU in Saudi Arabia. She is currently a level III NICU nurse.
