These courses will help prepare participants to understand a wide range of crisis intervention services. The fundamentals, terminology, techniques and approaches of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) will be outlined.
Participants will leave with the knowledge and tools necessary to facilitate individual "one-on-one" Crisis Intervention techniques.
Participants will leave with the knowledge and tools to facilitate group crisis intervention techniques.
